Editorial policy
We aim to make streaming easier to understand by being precise about what we know, what we infer and what may vary between services or viewers. Articles should be useful without overstating a point.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against relevant, accessible information and use careful wording when a feature differs by service, device or region. Comparisons should make their basis clear. We do not present personal preference as a universal result, and we do not invent viewing tests, statistics, sources or quotations.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions remain separate from partnership arrangements. Any sponsored or partner material is clearly labelled so readers can recognise its purpose. A collaboration does not guarantee favourable coverage, and partners do not get to disguise promotional material as independent editorial work.
Corrections and illustrations
If a reader spots an error, they can send the detail and the relevant passage through the Contact page. We review correction requests and make changes when warranted, clarifying substantial fixes in the article. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when an illustration could be mistaken for documentary imagery, it will be identified accordingly.
